- Leadership Style Coaching – Work with leaders to develop Situational Leadership Style and also balance Task and People orientation
- 360 Feedback Coaching – Kafe – Coaching designs and conducts 360 feedback for Leaders. Additionally we also work with Leaders to develop based on the gap areas identified
- Team Leadership Coaching – Team Leaders and Heads of Departments require hand holding and coaching in managing individuals in the team, as well as creating a cohesive team. Kafe Coaching works with the Team Leaders to develop these Team leadership skills
- Group Effectiveness –We work with diverse, cross functional and cultural teams to enable them to contribute effectively using established frameworks .We diagnose the challenge, find out the root cause of the challenge, conduct team building intervention based on the root cause, and coach & support team members.
- Psychometric Tool Based Coaching – Anita is an expert in a variety of Psychometric Instruments and excels in giving feedback and coaching leaders based on the Psychometric Tool.
